IT administrators must make use of all relevant training materials that can be delivered through a wide variety of mechanisms such as lunch and learns, departmental training, eLearning, banners and posters or live demos. No matter what training method is used in the company it will not only make users feel more familiar with the environment, but they will also work more efficiently and increase productivity.

When dealing with a migration project organizations should not underestimate the size and complexity of the project and the impact that will be felt by the business during the migration.
